Colorado College Arts and Crafts Sale
December 6-7-8, 2013
The Annual Colorado College Arts and Crafts Sale is always held the first weekend in December in the Worner Campus Center on the Colorado College campus. We host an array of artists from the Colorado Community as well as student and faculty artists from Colorado College. All different media are represented including pottery, jewelry, fiber arts, woodworking, sculpture, painting, photography and much more. The sale runs on Friday, 4-8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Applications are accepted starting in September through
October 1. Because of the popularity of the sale, we cannot accept everyone who applies to sell. Community and faculty artists must send images to be juried by the student committee that organizes the sale. Colorado College students may be permitted to sell when they meet our criteria of hand-made by the artist selling. Artists are informed of the committee decision by October 10.
We provide 10'x10' spaces, or 3'x6' tables, upon choice. Space fees are 250.00, and table fees are 150.00. Electricity is provided amply in the building.
The Annual Arts and Crafts Sale is the main fund-raising event for the Arts and Crafts Program at Colorado College. We use our funds to provide supplies for our many classes, purchase new equipment, and bring in outside artists for workshops and talks.
